All orders placed before 3PM (GMT+1) on working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) will be shipped out the same day. Once your box has been picked up by DHL, you'll receive a track&trace link to track your package. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if your order has not arrived within 5 working days.
